Returns and Refunds 

• Must be returned within 7 days of item arrival
• Must be in new, unworn condition, including dust bag, tags, and packaging 
• Items are eligible for return for quality issues and wrong item sent
• Custom Orders are FINAL SALE
• Buyer pays shipping
• Once return is approved, refund will be sent to original tender
• Gifts are eligible for exchange, credit can be applied to custom orders

The beauty of our bags is that they are individually created by hand and not in a factory. Minor detail imperfections are a possibility, but if you have any quality concerns or need repair services (i.e. Edgestain, stitch fix), please email us photos and a description so that we can make it right
